Nikki Saunders
Project Manager
Nicole has been with Crystal Web Designs since our office was nothing but a small room with two chairs and a table. Nicole has become the companies traffic generation and online marketing specialist, getting clients into the top 10 of google month after month. Having such a broard knowledge in traffic generation has enabled us to help clients succeed in their goals and to stamp their position as an authority within their chosen fields.
When Nicole's not busy in the office she's spending time at the park with her dog, Roxy, or in the kitchen doing what she loves, cake decorating.

Bjorn de Lima
Senior Designer
Bjorn is a Web Designer with more than 5 years experience designing, building and managing websites. His main skills are in CSS/HTML/Flash - all flavours of Javascript and a dash of PHP. An alumni of Swinburne University - his real interest are in UI and interface design but he does venture into the world of print design with his multi talented skills.
Outside of Crystal Web Designs, Bjorn spends most of his time between amateur photography and cycling - hopefully not at the same time.

Rohan Wadsworth
Web Developer
Rohan is the latest addition to the Crystal Web Designs team. He has completed a Bachelor of Design (Mulitimedia) at Swinburne University and has worked on a vast range of projects across many different mediums including 3D modelling and animation, interactive games, graphic design, short films and of course web design/development.
Rohan is an avid lover of music, a skilled drummer and a struggling bassist. If he's not listening to/playing music he's most likely on the PS3 shooting zombies, averting nuclear war and boosting his impressive trophy collection.
Radhika Sood
Lead Programmer
Radhika is a valuable addition to the Crystal Web Designs team and brings an intelligence that far exceeds everyone we've ever met. Radhika has worked on many Ecommerce systems from unit and integrationg testing to Object Oriented programming to debugging systems with 50,000 lines of code.
Scoring a massive 99.9 percentile in the NCST MCA entrance examination put Radhika in the top 15 entrants from multiple Universities from around the world making Radhika the smartest person we have ever met.
Radhika likes to spend time with her handsome husband in her spare time and relax away from the computer screen.

Daniel Shen
Web Developer
Daniel completed a Master degree of Information Technology at RMIT, Daniel is a junior php developer with a strong interest in system design. He is skilled in CSS and javascript programming and has a keen interest in exploring mobile web development.
Daniel's passion for learning and developing his skills is what brought us to believe that he will one day be a dedicated and expert programmer.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys catching a wave at the beach and hanging out with his friends. He also likes to spend his time reading up on the latest articles in web development.
Jonathan Aditya
SEO Link Developer / Web Devloper
Jonathan is a new addition to the Crystal Web Designs SEO team. Studying a Bachelor of Information & Communication Technology, Network Design & Security at Swinburne Uni, Jonathan has brought with him a fresh approach and plenty of knowledge on SEO techniques and strategies. Teaming up with Nicole and Parathan, Jonathan has brought out his best in everything he does and Nicole has high hopes for this aspiring web developer.
A keen philatelist, Jonathan loves to travel to unknown places, and play his favourite sports badminton and table tennis.
Marc Watts
Systems Architect
Experienced in over 20 programming languages, usability, project management, SEO, email marketing, system administration including building and deploying servers plus many more web development disciplines are the assets that enabled Marc to make Crystal Web Designs a successful company.
From the humble beginnings of writing tens of thousands of lines of code analysing over 100,000 websites for SEO comparison means, 3d animations and even a writer and director of short films were the catalyst that propelled him to not just learn web development but live web development.
In the very little spare time Marc has, he likes to get away and rip up the powder with his snowboard on the Victorian Ski Slopes. But he spends most of his spare time either working or reading about web development and thus has grown a library of over 70 professional web development books.
